What we bring that inland contractors don't
Moisture is the specification, not a footnote. South Florida slabs sit close to the water table, and older slab-on-grade construction frequently has no vapor barrier. We test to ASTM F1869 or F2170 before quoting a system, and we price mitigation into the scope rather than discovering it mid-project. A coating that fails at month eight becomes your callback, not just ours.
Wet-season schedules get built around dew point. From May through October we monitor slab temperature and ambient humidity before each coat. Where the window is tight, we specify polyaspartic and polyurea systems that cure across a wider range and return the space to service faster.
Occupied buildings stay open. Dust-controlled grinding and low-VOC systems for facilities that can't clear out — medical, food service, retail. Night and weekend shifts when daytime work isn't an option.
