The northern communities are the newest part of the city: gated developments toward Donald Ross Road, built from the two-thousands onward, with three-car garages and often a golf-cart bay. Slabs are young, so the work is decorative rather than remedial.
Nearly all of these communities operate architectural review, and a garage with the door open counts as exterior. We select flake blends that read within the community palette and provide samples for board submission before scheduling.

Day of the project
Our team completes full surface preparation including grinding and crack repair, followed by precise application of your selected multi-layered system based on manufacturer specifications.

Project Review
We walk through the finished space with you to ensure satisfaction. After approval, the remaining 50% balance is collected and the project is officially completed.
