Central West Palm Beach is the older half of the city: single-family neighborhoods off Okeechobee and Southern, plus the service and light-commercial corridors running between them. Much of that concrete was poured slab-on-grade without a vapor barrier.
So the first step here is measurement, not material selection. Vapor emission is tested to ASTM F1869 or F2170, and slabs above the coating's limit get a mitigation membrane before anything decorative goes down.

Once everything is confirmed, we lock in your project date. A 50% deposit secures your spot, allowing us to allocate materials and crew accordingly.

Day of the project
Our team completes full surface preparation including grinding and crack repair, followed by precise application of your selected multi-layered system based on manufacturer specifications.
06
Project Review
We walk through the finished space with you to ensure satisfaction. After approval, the remaining 50% balance is collected and the project is officially completed.
